You're probably looking for the Toastmasters Icebreaker speech.

"Icebreaker" is the name of the first speech in the Toastmasters Pathways program: a 4-to-6-minute talk that introduces yourself to your club. The official guidance lives on the Toastmasters Pathways site. Start there.

If you came here for the other meaning, this site runs free, real-time multiplayer icebreaker games for team meetings (retros, all-hands, standups, onboarding). The home page is the right place.
